During this visit, the Director of Licensing for Radiation Facilities and Radioactive Sources Ishak and his team were received directly by Plt. Head of Jambi Provincial Health Office Raflizar. Ishak said that the purpose and objective of BAPETEN for conducting a working visit was to improve coordination with the local Health Office regarding the licensing aspects of nuclear power utilization, namely the use of Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology X-ray aircraft in Jambi Province, as well as an action plan to improve compliance with statutory regulations in utilization of ionizing radiation source.
