Activities are carried out by implementing health protocols by inviting 44 different agencies every day and limiting the number of attendance according to the invitation, where each agency is only allowed to be represented by 1 (one) representative. According to the invitation, there are 42 different agencies attend every day, both hospitals and clinics in Sumatra and its surroundings.

Consultation activities and licensing services were led by the Director of DPFRZR, Ishak and Iin Indartati as coordinators of the Health Facility Licensing Function group and staff. In his opening remarks, Director Ishak hoped that the participants could make the best use of licensing consulting services and that permit issues could be resolved.

The enthusiastic presence of participants was utilized by consulting directly with the BAPETEN health facility licensing evaluator on the constraints of the licensing process for the use of nuclear energy in the health sector and the one-day permit service issued can be carried out if the requirements are met.
