The Entry Meeting was opened by Indra Gunawan, the Head of BOU, who delivered his direction for a common understanding of the process and implementation of BAPETEN's internal archival supervision, thus achieving high-quality archival supervision as a performance indicator for BAPETEN's archival administration.

Kuspriyanto, Head of the Protocol and Administration Division, stated that BAPETEN was ranked among the top 10 at the Agency and Institution level in 2024 through the ANRI's external archival supervision. This demonstrates the maximum effort of BAPETEN's archivists and archive managers, who have addressed each finding from previous archival supervision.

The next event was the presentation of archival awards, which were given to the best work units and human resources for their achievements in the internal archival oversight assessment. The list of Archival Award winners within the Nuclear Energy Regulatory Agency for 2024 is as follows:
