The opening of this regulation guidance activity was delivered by the Acting Director of Regulation of Nuclear Installation and Materials, Nur Syamsi Syam, who stated that the regulation on this management system actually does not only regulate nuclear installations and materials but also covers all nuclear energy utilization facilities and activities. "We carry out this guidance activity both online and offline depending on the situation, conditions, and time," continued Nur. She was expecting that later obtained input would more focused on implementing the regulation.

Presentation on BAPETEN Regulation No. 6 of 2023 on the Management System for Nuclear Energy Facilities and Activities was delivered by Dewi Prima Meiliasari as a representative of the drafting team. In her presentation, Dewi presented the chronology of the drafting, background, drafting team, systematics, and summary of the substance of the regulation.

The activity was continued with a discussion session, and at the end of the discussion session, the Deputy Chairman for Nuclear Safety Assessment (PKN), Haendra Subekti, said that this management system is one of the technical documents at BAPETEN. Haendra continued, "Every question and answer in the discussion session needs to be followed up, and there needs to be scrutiny in each article so that regulations and permits have the same perception."
