The Work Meeting commenced with the Presentation of the Implementation Report of the 1st Work Meeting for Fiscal Year 2026, delivered by the Acting Head of the Bureau of Planning, Information, and Finance (BPIK), Roy Candra Primarsa. “One vision, one action reflects that in the implementation of programs, activities, and the 2026 budget, we are required to work more intelligently, efficiently, and deliver greater impact compared to the previous year,” Roy explained. In his opening remarks and directives, the Acting Chairman of BAPETEN, who officially opened the Work Meeting, expressed his expectation that the meeting would serve as a platform to enhance understanding of planning, budget utilization, evaluation, as well as potential adjustments to the budget.

The meeting continued with the presentation of the 2025 Performance Achievements and Performance Report delivered by the Acting Head of the Bureau of Planning, Information, and Finance (BPIK). Subsequently, Achmad Puji Slamet and Heru Hermawan, representatives of the Directorate General of Treasury, Ministry of Finance, presented the Evaluation of Expenditures Funded by Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) as well as the Policy on the Maximum Disbursement of Non-Tax State Revenue (MP PNBP). The series of sessions on the first day concluded with presentations on the Strategy for the Implementation of Activities for Fiscal Year 2026 by the Licensing and Inspection Work Unit and the Nuclear Assessment and Safety Work Unit of BAPETEN.

On the second day, the meeting continued with the presentation of the Strategy for the Implementation of Activities for Fiscal Year 2026 by the Secretariat General Work Unit of BAPETEN. The presentations were then divided into several thematic groups based on strategic issues and the scope of nuclear energy regulatory oversight duties. The thematic priority programs presented covered the health, energy, environment, science and technology (IPTEK), and institutional sectors.

The series of activities continued with the signing of the Performance Agreement, Annual Performance Plan, Action Plan, and Integrity Pact for Fiscal Year 2026, initiated by the Acting Chairman of BAPETEN and witnessed by the Deputy for Nuclear Assessment and Safety (PKN). The signing process then proceeded at the Work Unit and Organizational Unit levels, including by directors as well as heads of centers and bureaus within BAPETEN.

The Work Meeting concluded with a leadership dialogue session and the official closing by Haendra Subekti. “Dreams must be accompanied by action. Our next task is to refine what has been presented earlier. Together, we must understand our objectives and the distribution of responsibilities. A strong sense of togetherness is essential,” Haendra stated.
