The on site verification was led by Senior Radiation Inspector Suryo Adi Ari Santosa and was accompanied by two Radiation Inspectors, Edhy Kuntowibowo and Irma Septi Ardiani. The BAPETEN Verification Team was welcomed by the management and staff of PT Pionir Cipta Medika.

The on site verification was carried out in two stages. The first stage took place on 22–23 January 2026 and focused on confirming the conformity between the data and information submitted in the documents and the actual conditions in the field. This stage included an assessment of the management system, personnel competence, testing methods, as well as inspections of testing equipment and equipment storage facilities.

The second stage was conducted on 27 January 2026 and focused on performance witnessing of fluoroscopy X-ray equipment testing. This activity aimed to verify the competence of personnel in carrying out testing activities in accordance with applicable requirements. Through this on site verification, BAPETEN obtained an overview of the level of readiness of PT Pionir Cipta Medika to perform its role as a Conformity Assessment Body.

The on-site verification concluded with the presentation of the verification results and the signing of the Verification Inspection Report (Berita Acara Pemeriksaan/BAP) by the BAPETEN Verification Team and representatives of PT Pionir Cipta Medika. PT Pionir Cipta Medika committed to following up on all findings identified during the verification process. The company will be designated as a Conformity Assessment Body by BAPETEN after all verification findings have been addressed, a re-evaluation has been conducted, and the findings have been declared closed. With this designation, it is expected that the availability of conformity assessment services for X-ray equipment will be expanded for license holders in the Yogyakarta region and surrounding areas, particularly for the sub scopes of General Radiography and Fluoroscopy.
