For the Inspection Team led by the Director of Licensing for Radiation Facilities and Radioactive Sources Ishak, conducted verification at RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang, South Sumatra Province, while the Inspection Team led by the Coordinator of Health Facilities Licensing Mukhlisin conducted verification at RSUP Adam Malik Medan, North Sumatra Province.

The activity conducted on 8-10 December 2020, continues to apply strict health protocols, using personal protective equipment (PPE) and inspection teams conduct rapid and swab tests before and after the activity.

The scope of field examination include of administrative documents, design floor plan, measurement of gamma and neutron radiation exposure, mechanical system test, safety system test, commissioning test, dosimetry system measurement, and performance simulation.

The results of verification that have been done by the inspectors against the permit requirements in RSUP Adam Malik Medan and RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang, have not been able to qualify for the issuance of permits.
