This activity was attended by Director DPFRZR Ishak, Head of Household and State Property Bondan Wicaksono, Evaluator of PEKPPP KemenpanRB Anggy and several related staff. The purpose of this validation is to identify services that need to be improved in the implementation of public services in BAPETEN.

The event was opened by Ishak who expressed his gratitude to Ministry of State Apparatus Utilization and Bureaucratic Reform for conducting this performance monitoring and evaluation. "We hope this process can provide recommendations to be able to improve the performance of public services at BAPETEN," he added.

"In an effort to improve public services, DPFRZR always strives to collaborate with various stakeholders. Collaboration is a necessity, for that we strive for the results of collaboration to provide easy access to information in licensing services at BAPETEN," continued Ishak.

Anggy who was present online appreciated BAPETEN's steps in filling out this performance evaluation monitoring questionnaire. "In general, what BAPETEN has done is good, we only remind you to update activities in 2022 and be equipped with the evidence," Anggy said.

Furthermore, interactive validation was carried out between the evaluator and the Coordinator of the Research and Industrial Facility Licensing Function Group Muklisin, he explained one of them about BAPETEN's licensing service innovation which has been integrated with application systems owned by other Ministries/Institutions.

In addition to innovation, monitoring this performance evaluation also assesses aspects of Service Policy, Human Resource Professionalism, Facilities and Infrastructure, Public Service Information Systems and Consultation and Complaints.
