The Offline and Online Inspection Activities in the Bangka Belitung Islands and Jabodetabek
Kembali 01 Juni 2024 | Berita BAPETENBAPETEN, through the Directorate of Inspection of Radiation Facilities and Radioactive Materials (DIFRZR), held three supervision activities in the form of inspections of business actors utilizing ionizing radiation sources (SRP) located in Bangka Belitung, Jakarta, Bekasi, and Depok offline and online on May 27-June 1, 2024.
The Bangka Belitung Industrial Team led by Junior Inspector (Inspektur Muda) Aris Sanyoto as the team leader consisting of Nugraha Dwi Santosa and Samsu Riza Wibowo, carried out inspection activities at several industrial facilities in the Bangka Belitung area offline, including PT Angkasa Pura II - Depati Amir Airport with a Safety and Security Index (IKK) in the Less (red) category because there were seven SRPs without permission from BAPETEN, the Bangka Belitung Islands Provincial Agriculture Service with the results of the IKK Less (red sticker) because it had an SRP without permission from BAPETEN, Class IIA Pangkalpinang Narcotics Penitentiary (Lapas) obtained a Good IKK result (green), Class IIB Sungailiat Penitentiary obtained a Good IKK result (green), Mutiara Laboratorium Mandiri obtained a Poor IKK result (red) because it had an SRP without a BAPETEN Permit, Refined Bangka Tin could not be inspected because it was being sealed by the Attorney General's Office, PT TIMAH (Persero) Tbk Pangkal Pinang obtained a Very Good IKK result (green), and the Muntok Metallurgy Unit Laboratory obtained a Sufficient IKK result (yellow).
The Bangka Belitung Industrial Team was led by Junior Inspector (Inspektur Muda) Titik Kartika as Team Leader, consisting of Anet Hayani and Novriman Livia carrying out inspection activities at several health facilities in the Bangka Belitung area online, including Primaya Bhakti Wara Hospital with a Good IKK result (green), Intan Medika Clinic with a Good IKK result (green), and Arsani Babel Hospital with a Good IKK result (green).
Next, Team DKI-Depok 2 is led by Junior Inspector (Inspektur Muda) Gloria Doloressa, with members Bambang Riyono and Lukas Wisnu Wicaksono. Inspection activities were carried out at health facilities in the DKI-Depok area, including the Cilandak Marine Corps Hospital with a Good IKK result (green), the Indosehat Cilincing Main Clinic with a Good IKK result (green), the Dr. Suyoto Bintaro General Hospital with a Good IKK result (green), Jati Padang Regional General Hospital with a Good IKK result (green), Setu Medical Center Tebet with a Good IKK result (green), the University of Indonesia Hospital with a Good IKK result (green), the FMIPA UI Medical Physics Laboratory with a Good IKK result (green), and the Pratama 365 Open Clinic received a letter prohibiting operation (red).
It is expected that facilities that have received the IKK Good and Very Good ratings will continue to maintain their radiation safety performance, while facilities that are prohibited from operating X-ray machines are required to process utilization permits through the Online Single Submission (OSS), which is integrated with Balis Perizinan 2.5.
