The event was opened by the Head of Education and Training Center Lukman Hakim which was attended by Kuspriyanto Head of Protocol and Administration Section of Organization Development and General Services Bureau and its ranks as an assistance in the arrangement of archives in Education and Training Center. Lukman said that there needs to be archive storage in the form of digital media for all training activities carried out by Education and Training Center. In order to implement the activities in the future, it will be coordinated by the Protocol and Administration Department.

From the results, there has been submitted 10 (ten) archive boxes that have passed the inactivity retention and the "destroyed" attack based on the Archive Retention Schedule and will then be sent to the record archives BAPETEN.

It is expected that the arrangement or storage of archives from the implementation of the duties and functions of monitoring the utilization of nuclear energy that has been listed in the archive list can ensure the physical security and information of archives during the period of storage of archives based on the JRA.[BDL/RUS/BHKK/IS/RA/OR]
