SP4N-REPORT! is an online service for submitting all aspirations and complaints which is integrated with the management of complaints in stages in every public service delivery, and managed by the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (Kemenpan-RB) with the Presidential Staff Office and the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia. This application has been designated as a general application in Public Service Complaint Management on 27 October 2020 through Ministerial Decree No. 680/2020.

The event was opened by the Head of Inspectorate of BAPETEN Hery Budi Santoso. In his speech, Hery explained, "BAPETEN has established BAPETEN's Chairman Regulation No. 17/2017 concerning Handling Public Complaints and already has a public complaint application "SIPPATEN", as well as other complaint channels such as Helpdesk, email of licensing for Radiation Facilities and Radioactive Sources (FRZR), and others. Currently, the Decree of the Coordinating Team for the Management of Public Service Complaints (Team KP4 BAPETEN) is in the process of being approved by the chairman and SP4N-LAPOR! coordinated by the inspectorate”.

The activity continued with presentation from the Kemenpan-RB, Rizky Dwiputra Restavie, about SP4N-LAPOR! in general, and simulation of the use of the SP4N-LAPOR! application. Rizky explained, “Regarding the integration of SP4N-LAPOR! with the existing complaint application at the institution, it is still in the discussion stage with the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, but the institution can prepare several requirements contained in Presidential Regulation No. 95/2018 about integration requirements.

The Bimtek was attended by the coordinator admin, related unit liaison officers, and BAPETEN APIPs. This Bimtek ended with question and answer session. [INSP/AS/BHKK/RA/OR/IP]
