This supervision aims to evaluate the implementation of risk-based business licensing for business activities and ensure that the implementation of business activities is in accordance with the standards and obligations of business actors as mandated by Government Regulation Number 5 of 2021 on the Implementation of Risk-Based Business Licensing.

PT Maqass Techrad Indonesia is a dosimetry laboratory with the sub-scope of external dose monitoring equipment evaluation with OSL (optically stimulated luminescence) badge at Hp (10) and Hp (0.07) for LA and XA badge types, which has been appointed by BAPETEN since 2022 and is currently in the process of adding Hp (3) size.

BAPETEN Radiation Supervisor Suryo Adi Ari Santosa conducted the surveillance activity, which took place at the PT Maqass Techrad Indonesia office on October 21–22, 2024, along with fellow radiation supervisors Diah Astuti Indarwati, Alimuddin, and Irma Septi Ardiani.

The inspection conducted by BAPETEN is an indicator of the technical compliance assessment of business actors, which focuses on seven parameters, namely: general requirements, special requirements, business facilities, HR organization, product standards for goods/services, business management systems, and business product services with reference to BAPETEN Regulation No. 3 of 2021.

The same inspection was also carried out at PT Global Promedika Services, as a Conformity Testing Institution (LUK), which has received a recommendation for verification of the Standard Certificate for the activities of the Nuclear Testing Institution in the scope of the Conformity Testing Institution in the sub-scope of General Radiography, Fluoroscopy, CT-Scan, Mammography, and Dental Equipment.

This time, on October 23, 2024, in the office of PT Global Promedika Services, Radiation Supervisor Suryo Adi Ari Santosa conducted the surveillance activity, which was accompanied by BAPETEN Radiation Supervisors Eko Sapto Aji, Irma Septi Ardiani, and A.A.A. Sari Trisna Citta.

The surveillance activity ended with the presentation of the results, signing, and submission of the inspection report (BAP) to the top manager or representative, which contains the results of the supervision and findings that must be followed up by the business actor. Later, this BAP, along with the assessment of the seven parameters, will be inputted into the oss.go.id system supervision module to obtain the final value of the business actor's compliance.

PT Maqass Techrad Indonesia and LUK PT Global Promedika Services are committed to following up as agreed in the inspection report.
