Submission of Audit Report on the Audit of the Financial Report of the Nuclear Energy Supervisory Agency for the 2023 Fiscal Year

The Nuclear Energy Supervisory Agency (BAPETEN) has again received an unqualified opinion (WTP) on the financial report for the 2023 fiscal year. On Wednesday, July 18, 2024, the Head of Sub-Auditorate III C2, The Audit Board of The Republic of Indonesia (BPK RI), Epi Sopian, delivered the Audit Report (LHP) of the Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK) to the Acting Chairman of BAPETEN, Sugeng Sumbardjo, at the BAPETEN Main Meeting Room.
At that moment, Epi Sopian, Head of Sub-Auditorate III C2 BPK RI, stated, "BAPETEN's follow-up level on BPK RI findings is classified as good with a completion percentage above 85%, and the follow-up on the findings of the audit results is expected to be completed in Semester II 2024."
The BAPETEN Financial Report for the 2023 Fiscal Year was the subject of two sets of Audit Result Reports (LHP) submitted by the BPK RI. These included both the LHP on the Financial Report and the LHP on the Internal Control System and Compliance with the Provisions of Laws and Regulations.
The Acting Chairman of BAPETEN, the BPK Audit Team, the Head of Internal Auditors of BAPETEN, and the BAPETEN Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) attended the submission of the LHP. The meeting concluded with the Head of Sub-Auditorate III C2 BPK RI and the Acting Chairman of BAPETEN signing the Minutes of Handover of the Audit Result Report on the BAPETEN Financial Report for the 2023 Fiscal Year.
