The event was opened by the Head of the Bureau of Organization and General Services, Dedik Eko Sumargo. In his opening remarks, he presented Agency Regulation Number 4 of 2024 concerning protocol in the Nuclear Energy Regulatory Agency. In his opening, Dedik Eko said that today's activities would discuss three agendas, namely:

1) BAPETEN Regulation Number 4 of 2024 Concerning Protocol in the Nuclear Energy Regulatory Agency Environment

2) Standard Operating Procedure Number 4 of 2024 Concerning the Flag Ceremony and Morning Roll Call

3) Standard Operating Procedure Number 5 of 2024 Concerning Protocol Services and Making of Foreign Travel Documents

"BAPETEN Protocol aims to provide guidelines for the implementation of Protocol in the BAPETEN environment, pay respect to state officials and government officials, and create good relations in social relations with international organizations, ministries/institutions, and work units," he explained.

The activity continued with a presentation on "Standard Operating Procedure Number 4 of 2024 Concerning Flag Ceremony and Morning Roll Call and Standard Operating Procedure Number 5 of 2024 Concerning Protocol Services and Making of Foreign Travel Documents" by the Head of Protocol and Administration Section of BAPETEN, Kuspriyanto. And at the closing of his presentation, he expressed his gratitude for the attention of the meeting participants attended by high-ranking BAPETEN officials and related staff; hopefully, with the socialization of SOP No. 4 and No. 5 of 2024 at BAPETEN, coordination in all activities involving leaders can run better without any misunderstandings in the field, and service in protocol at BAPETEN can be much better.
