The Coordinator of the Health Facility Licensing Function Group, Directorate of Licensing of Radiation Facility and Radioactive Materials (DPFRZR), Iin Indartati, in her presentation explained the process of implementing public services at BAPETEN, starting from operating hours, licensing applications, licensing infrastructure, and consultation and complaint services. "The licensing process at BAPETEN is fully online and integrated with various applications belonging to other ministries/institutions, such as OSS-RBA and SIMPONI," she added.

The KemenPAN-RB Evaluator Team, Harry Alfredo Purba, explained that the purpose of this activity was not only to obtain the Public Service Index but also to improve the quality of public services that have a real impact on the community. "Later, the points we found can be followed up by BAPETEN as improvements for better service in the future," he said.

At the end of the event, DPFRZR Director Ishak showed appreciation to the evaluators for visiting BAPETEN. He is confident that this activity can help accelerate the process of continuous improvement in public services at BAPETEN.
