The ceremony was led by the Deputy Chairman for Licensing and Inspection, Zainal Arifin, attended by all BAPETEN officials and employees, both civil servants (ASN) and non-permanent employees (PPNPN), as well as the DPN KORPRI. The ceremony proceeded solemnly. The Pancasila Sanctity Day 2025 Oath Text, signed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives (DPR), Puan Maharani, on behalf of the Indonesian nation, was also read. The oath was recited following the reading of the 1945 Constitution and before the prayer.

The 2024 Pancasila Sanctity Day ceremony carried the theme "Pancasila as the Unifying Force of the Nation Towards a Greater Indonesia", as stated in the Circular Letter from the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Indonesia on the Commemoration of Pancasila Sanctity Day 2025.
