The event was opened by Ishak as the Director of Licensing for Radiation Facilities and Radioactive Sources. In his remarks, he gave directions and objectives for OSL activities, namely that it is hoped that the management of the licensing service process can run smoothly and can take advantage of the opportunity to ask questions about obstacle when submitting the licensing process.

The activity was continued with a presentation from evaluators about health licensing, namely Acceptance Criteria of Licensing Requirements for Diagnostic Radiology and Interventional (Administrative and Technical Requirements), Integration of BAPETEN's Online Balis Licensing, Implementation of Radiation Protection and Safety Programs, Mechanisms for Determining Activity Cessation, Import Licensing Flow, Transfer and Production of Ionizing Radiation Sources, Balis Account Management, Procedures Operation and Balis Infara by Inspectors from the Directorate of Inspection for Radiation Facilities and Radioactive Sources. As a moderator, Mukhlisin, the Coordinator of the Sub Directorate of Health Facilities Licensing, answered policy questions during the pandemic, criteria of permit acceptance, permit documents, conformity tests, room size, personnel as radiation workers and Online Single Submission (OSS).

After the presentation, the event focused on one-day permit services, namely consultation and licensing of Radiology X-ray aircraft of Diagnostic and Interventional through licensing evaluators with breakout rooms in the zoom meeting application.
