Online Assessment of Public Service Units by Ministry of PAN RB

BAPETEN through the Directorate of Licensing for Radiation Facilities and Radioactive Substances (DPFRZR) which is a Public Service Unit (UPP), carried out a series of assessment activities by the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia (PAN RB), Wednesday (16/09).
The activity was carried out online and attended by the Director of Licensing for Radiation Facilities and Radioactive Substances, Ishak, along with the Coordinators of Sub-directorate and staff, Administration field, and the Assessment Team of the Ministry of PAN RB.
In this UPP evaluation activity, Ishak as the spokesperson explained the data, as an appraisal material related to 6 (six) aspects of assessment, namely public service policies, professionalism of Human Resources (HR), facilities and infrastructure, public service information systems, consultation and complaints mechanisms, as well as public service innovations.
The discussion continued with the presentation of the assessment's result by the Ministry of PAN RB team. The results of the assessment become recommendations for DFPRZR in improving the quality of public services. [DPFRZR/DwiAngesti/BHKK/IP]
