The next activity is Field Verification (onsite) conducted on 23-25 February 2021 at RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo with inspection team led by Coordinator of Health Facilities Licensing Mukhlisin. The aims is to ensure that equipment, facilities, human resources, SOPs, have met radiation safety requirements, for the safety of workers, patients, society and the environment. Verification is done by strictly implementing a number of health protocols.

The scope of field inspection consists of technical examinations as design plans, gamma and neutron radiation exposure measurements, mechanical system tests, safety system tests, commissioning tests, dosimetric system measurements, and demonstration simulations.

From the results of verification activities that have been conducted by the Bapeten inspector team against the permit requirements RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo has not been able to meet as a condition of issuance of permits.
