The Chairman of BAPETEN, Jazi Eko Istiyanto, accompanied by Executive Secretary, Deputy Chairman for Licensing and Inspection, and Deputy Chairman for Nuclear Safety Assessment were also seen attending.

The Mayor of South Tangerang, Airin Rachmi Diany expressed her gratitude for the support provided by Ministry of Research and Technology / BRIN in handling covid, by providing puspiptek guesthouses for health workers in the South Tangerang Municipality.

Furthermore, in the opening report, Minister of Research and Technology / Head of BRIN, Bambang P.S Brodjonegoro, said that the Plan in 2021 is still focused on the National Innovation Research Priorities and Contributions in Handling Covid-19. Related to the handling of Covid-19 including vaccination plans, The Minister of Research and Technology / Head of BRIN stated, "there will be a development of how to measure covid-19 antibodies in an easy, fast, and cheap way. It is hoped that the results will provide information about the level of antibodi vaccination results and the level of herd immunity."

This event was officially opened online by the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs, Airlangga Hartarto. Airlangga expects the national research development strategy to focus on developing innovations that encourage comparative excellence owned by the Indonesia.
