Launch and Outreach of the Organizational Performance Change Initiative
Kembali 03 Desember 2025 | Berita BAPETEN | 15 lihatBAPETEN's Centre for Regulatory Assessment for Radiation Facilities and Radioactive Materials (P2STPFRZR) held an online launch and socialization of the Organizational Performance Change Initiative on December 3, 2025.
“The change initiative designed by Rusmanto, entitled ‘Integration of Output-based Performance and Risk Register in Strengthening Accountability and Resilience of the P2STPFRZR-BAPETEN Organization,’ strongly supports P2STPFRZR's commitment to becoming a work unit with the 3T characteristics: Growing, Resilient, and Trustworthy,” he added.
Deputy for Nuclear Safety Assessment Haendra Subekti pointed out several important points. He emphasized that BAPETEN's role is crucial in certain contexts and that the team's capabilities are already quite good, making them a reliable resource for the future.
"I fully support the changes proposed by Mr. Rusmanto, especially those related to developing more adaptive human resources. Human resources are a key factor in any organization, so developing them should be a priority over the next two years. This leadership training concept can be adopted using a method consisting of 10% classroom learning, 20% mentoring, and 70% direct assignments so that employees are not only busy in the classroom but also working on tasks related to organizational functions," he said.
The event then continued with a presentation on the results of change initiatives by Rusmanto, followed by a presentation titled Transformation Without Resistance by Feddy Djunaedi, as a speaker and practitioner of organizational change. Feddy conveyed four principles on how change initiatives can be supported and gain high commitment from the team, inviting participants to analyse resolutions and changes, and introducing the concept of 4 Mantra Leadership (Matra Personality, Matra Mentality, Matra Morality, Matra Spirituality). He also outlined four principles for building support and commitment: Transparency, Engagement, Accountability, and Model, abbreviated as T-E-A-M.
After the presentation, there was a discussion session moderated by Sudradjat from P2STPFRZR. Then, the launch and socialization event was closed by the Head of P2STPFRZR, who expressed his gratitude to all participants of the socialization event. [P2STPFRZR/Zulfahmi]
