PT. Tawada Healthcare is a Business Owners that conducts conformity test activities and import and transfer activities of ionizing radiation plants for medical purposes. This supervision aims to evaluate the implementation of risk-based business licensing for business activities and ensure that the implementation of business activities is in accordance with the standards and obligations of Business Owners as mandated by Government Regulation Number 5 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Risk-Based Business Licensing and Investment Coordinating Board Regulation Number 5 of 2021 concerning Guidelines and Procedures for Supervision of Risk-Based Business Licensing.

The supervision of business licensing by the BAPETEN Surveillance Team on KBLI 71202 led by Suryo Adi Ari Santosa accompanied by Diah Astuti Indarwati, Alimuddin, and Irma Septi Ardiani. The BAPETEN Inspection Team on KBLI 46643 was led by Ilham Hidayat accompanied by Muttaqin Margo Nirwono and Naufal Alif Syarifuddin.

PT. Tawada Healthcare has obtained a verification recommendation for standard certificates for the activities of the Nuclear Energy Test Institute within the scope of the Conformity Test Institute (LUK) sub-scope of General Radiography and Aircraft Dentistry. For this reason, the Surveillance Team checks the Quality Management System documents, technical records and quality records, personnel performance (Experts and Qualified Testers), the performance of test institutions, equipment, to test methods, in order to assess suitability for the performance of the Conformity Test Institute after obtaining an appointment from BAPETEN. The Inspection Team conducts inspections related to import permits and the transfer of ionizing radiation plants, including examination of personnel data and monitoring of doses and health of personnel.

The supervision activity ended with the presentation and submission of the Inspection Minutes (BAP) from the Surveillance Team and the BAPETEN Inspection Team which contained the results of supervision and findings that must be followed up by Business Owners. For KBLI 71202, detailed recommendations and follow-up will be outlined in the Surveillance Results Report which will be submitted later. The supervisory results contained in the BAP will then be inputted into the OSS Supervision Sub-System as a result of technical compliance assessment, while the results of the assessment for administrative compliance will be provided by the Ministry of Investment / BKPM. PT. Tawada Healthcare is committed to follow up the results of the supervision in accordance with the specified time limit.
