PT Calibramed, located in Jakarta, is a medical device calibration company. This year, PT Calibramed added to its business activities by submitting an application for appointment as a Conformity Testing Institution for the General Radiography scope, before later expanding to other scopes.

The activity was led by Middle Radiation Supervisor Suryo Adi Ari Santosa, with First Radiation Supervisor Irma Septi Ardiani as a member. The presence of BAPETEN this time is to confirm the conformity of data in the form of documents that have previously been sent via BALIS with the actual conditions in the field, both related to administration (legal documents, procedures, etc.) and technical (tools, personnel, etc.). The arrival of the Verification Team was well received by the Director of PT Calibramed, Sonny Kasim, along with other personnel who will be tasked with providing Conformity Test services.

Field verification ended with the submission of the Examination Report (BAP) containing the results of the verification along with the findings that must be followed up by PT Calibramed, as well as the signing of the BAP by the Verification Team and the Top Manager/Director of PT Calibramed. Afterwards, PT Calibramed will be appointed by BAPETEN after the verification findings have been followed up, re-evaluated, and declared closed by BAPETEN. PT Calibramed is committed to immediately following up on the verification results so that the business activities of this Conformity Testing Institution can run immediately.
