Field Verification of Nuclear Training Institution and Conformity Assessment Body of PT Citra Indonesia Magna

BAPETEN, through the Directorate of Technical Support and Nuclear Emergency Preparedness (DKKN), conducted a field verification of a Nuclear Training Institution at PT Citra Indonesia Magna in Jakarta on 18–19 February 2026. This activity was carried out as a follow-up to a new application submission for a Nuclear Training Institution covering the competency of Level I Radiographer personnel by PT Citra Indonesia Magna, which had been deemed to meet the requirements for field verification. In accordance with the mandate of BAPETEN Chairman Regulation No. 1 of 2022, the assessment of Nuclear Energy Business Actors is conducted through document evaluation and field verification to ensure that all business licensing requirements are fulfilled.
The BAPETEN Verification Team was led by Adi Dradjat Noerwasana as Head of the Nuclear Training Institution Verification Team, accompanied by Deddy Rusdiana, Anak Agung Ayu Sari Trisna Citta, and Eko Sapto Aji as team members.
On the first day of verification, an entry meeting was held and attended by the management team and the head of the training institution of PT Citra Indonesia Magna, Jupiter Sitorus Pane.The Head of the Verification Team, Adi Dradjat Noerwasana, conveyed that the purpose of the verification activity was to ensure the availability of facilities and infrastructure, human resources, and management system documents in accordance with the requirements for a Nuclear Training Institution, as well as the curriculum, syllabus, modules, and training materials.
Subsequently, verification was carried out on the facilities that will be used for training in accordance with the application submitted by PT Citra Indonesia Magna, including cooperation or Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) related to the use of classrooms, laboratories, ionizing radiation sources, and radiation measurement instruments. The verification also assessed supporting facilities such as places of worship, parking areas, and the library.
On the second day of verification, document examinations were conducted to reconfirm legal aspects, including the legality of cooperation in the use of facilities and infrastructure with relevant institutions, as well as the review of documents related to the management system, organizational structure, human resources, curriculum, syllabus, training modules, and teaching materials.
At the conclusion of the verification activity, the BAPETEN team delivered the Inspection Report (Berita Acara Pemeriksaan), which contained findings that must be promptly followed up by PT Citra Indonesia Magna during the exit meeting. The activity was closed with the signing of the Inspection Report by the Nuclear Training Institution Verification Team and the Person in Charge of the prospective training institution of PT Citra Indonesia Magna.
