As mandated by BAPETEN's Chairman Regulation No. 1 of 2022, the assessment of nuclear power business actors is carried out through document evaluation and field verification activities to ensure that business licensing requirements are met.

PT Fujifilm Indonesia is the first LUK to be verified on October 2, 2024. The LUK, which is located in Tebet, South Jakarta, added the sub-scope of fluoroscopy and CT scan testing after previously operating in the sub-scope of general radiography and mammography testing. The activity, led by the Middle Radiation Supervisor (Pengawas Radiasi Madya) Suryo Adi Ari Santosa, assisted by Irma Septi Ardiani and Anak Agung Ayu Sari Trisna Citta, conducted an inspection covering legal aspects, management system documents, equipment, test methods, and human resources to obtain an overview of PT Fujifilm Indonesia's readiness in developing conformity testing services in the proposed sub-scope.

Furthermore, the same inspection was also carried out on PT Murti Indah Sentosa as the LUK, which was verified on October 3, 2024. The LUK, which is located in Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta, added the sub-scope of mammography testing, from which it was previously limited to the sub-scope of general radiography and CT scan testing. This verification activity was also led by Suryo Adi Ari Santosa, assisted by Deddy Rusdiana and Irma Septi Ardiani.

There are several notes of improvement that must be followed up by PT Fujifilm Indonesia and PT Murti Indah Sentosa before being appointed for the addition of the sub-scope of testing. This note is stated in the Minutes of Examination (BAP) signed by the BAPETEN Verification Team and LUK representatives at the end of the verification activity. Both LUKs are committed to immediately following up on the verification results so that the conformity test service with the latest proposed sub-scope of testing can be carried out immediately.
