On the first day of the field verification, an entry meeting was held, followed by a presentation from BPAFK Jakarta regarding the design modifications that had been implemented, as well as a presentation from BAPETEN concerning the evaluation of the Design Modification Approval application. The activities continued with a review of documents and an inspection of the facilities and infrastructure at BPAFK Jakarta. On the second day, the verification proceeded with an inspection of the X-ray calibration room, the adequacy of the installed radiation shielding, and the testing and commissioning methods.

The field verification concluded with the delivery of findings and improvement notes that must be addressed by BPAFK Jakarta, including revisions to service standards related to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and service fees, updates to the radiation protection and safety program documents to reflect the legal basis under Government Regulation (PP) Number 5 of 2021, which has been replaced by PP Number 28 of 2025, and the addition of dosimeter data as reference radiation measurement instruments. Once the Design Modification Approval is granted by BAPETEN, BPAFK Jakarta will be required to submit an application for the amendment to add ionizing radiation sources to its Operating License for the Calibration Facility.
