Kembali 25 Maret 2026 | Berita BAPETEN | 23 lihatThe Directorate of Regulation of Nuclear Installations and Materials (DP2IBN) demonstrated its commitment to human resource capacity development through the organization of a Performance Coaching program in collaboration with Korpora Consulting, held virtually on Thursday, 26 March 2026. The activity forms part of the DP2IBN Change Agent Program 2026, aimed at enhancing individual potential while strengthening an adaptive, collaborative, and performance oriented work culture. The event commenced with opening remarks by Coach Adithia Amidjaya from Korpora Consulting, followed by remarks from DP2IBN, expressing the expectation that the coaching program would serve as an effective approach to individual development and improving employee performance in achieving organizational goals.
During the activity, participants received a presentation on the fundamental concepts of coaching delivered by a speaker from Korpora Consulting. The session provided an understanding of the benefits of coaching, the distinctions between coaching and mentoring, consulting, and training, as well as the importance of developing self awareness in identifying solutions to challenges encountered.
The core activity consisted of Performance Coaching sessions conducted in a one to one format between the coach and coachee, divided into two sessions. These sessions provided a space for participants to reflect on their experiences, evaluate the processes they have undergone, and gain new perspectives in developing a more open, solution oriented, and growth oriented mindset. The coach facilitated participants in exploring their potential, identifying obstacles and challenges, and formulating actionable steps to improve individual performance. The sharing of experiences and perspectives further enriched participants understanding of the importance of effective communication and empathy in the workplace. Participants enthusiasm was evident through their active engagement throughout the sessions, including during discussions and feedback exchanges between the coach and coachee.
Through this activity, it is expected that all participants will be able to recognize individual performance barriers and identify ways to address them, while also developing leadership and problem solving skills in a more structured manner. Furthermore, the activity is expected to foster a more supportive and empowering work environment, encouraging each individual to develop optimally so that the duties and functions of the unit can be effectively carried out and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals. Moving forward, DP2IBN remains committed to delivering innovative and impactful change programs as part of its efforts to sustainably support organizational performance.
