Education and Training Center To Maintain ISO 9001:2015 Certificate

After going through the survey audit process conducted by TUV NORD Indonesia Auditors for 2 days from 21 – 22 December 2020, Education and Training Center was able to maintain ISO 9001:2015 Certification. This was conveyed by representatives of TUV NORD Indonesia certification body Poernomo Amiprodjo as auditors, through an online meeting at an exit meeting with the Head of Education and Training Center Lukman Hakim, Tuesday (22/12/2020).

For this achievement Lukman felt grateful and appreciated the efforts of all employees of Education and Training Center, who can maintain the certification of quality management system ISO 9001:2015. It is hoped that this achievement can bring Education and Training Center to be better in the future.

Assessment of quality management system includes aspects of customer focus, leadership, engagement of people, process approach, improvement, evidence based decision making, relationship management. TUV NORD INDONESIA certification institute was chosen because it is one of the largest certification, supervision, inspection and testing institutions not only in Indonesia but international.
