Development and Socialization of Level I and Level II Industrial Radiography Expertise Officers

The existence of nuclear policies related to supervision, licensing, regulatory and technical provisions of radiation protection, follow-up of an overdose of industrial radiography workers, provisions for Industrial Radiographer certification, and professional standards for Industrial Radiographer expertise officers need to be informed to all stakeholders. For this reason, BAPETEN's Directorate of Licensing for Radiation Facilities and Radioactive Materials (DPFRZR) held a Development and Socialization of Level I and Level II Industrial Radiography Expertise Officers in Batam City, on December 14, 2022.
Participants in this activity were Industrial Radiographers in Riau Islands Province. The event was filled with presentations and discussions delivered by 5 speakers, namely the Director of DPFRZR Ishak, Chairman of the Indonesian Radiation Protection Expert Association (APRI) Syahrir, BRIN certification assessors for Industrial Radiographers Siswoto and Wijanarko and BAPETEN Radiation Facility Officer Licensing Coordinator Ida Bagus Manuaba.
