Coordination Meeting for Balis 2.5 User Assistance Appointment Module for Nuclear Training Institution
Kembali 09 Januari 2023 | Berita BAPETENThe Directorate of Nuclear Emergency and Preparedness (DKKN) of BAPETEN held a Coordination Meeting for Balis 2.5 User Assistance Appointment Module on Monday, January 9, 2023. Balis 2.5 appointment module is the development of the previous Balis Licensing system so that the current appointment applicant can apply through Balis 2.5.
This time, the assistance is carried out virtually to the applicant of the Nuclear Training Institution for effectiveness because the location of the Training Institution is spread across Indonesia.
This coordination meeting aims to assist Nuclear Training Institutions that have not completed the appointment process in 2022 and conduct connection trials between the OSS RBA System and Balis 2.5 Appointment Module and input data and documents.
The event was attended by representatives from PT Intergy Indonesia, ATRO Bali, ATRO Citra Bangsa Yogyakarta, Lambung Mangkurat University, Diponegoro University, BRIN, PT Nuklindolab, Airlangga University, APRONUKI, Coordinator and staff of Quality Assurance Function Group-DKKN, Coordinator and staff of Data and Information Function Group-BPIK.
Rini Suryanti as the Quality Assurance Function Group Coordinator said that this activity is one of BAPETEN's efforts to improve the quality of services related to the appointment of Nuclear Training Institutions to the community. This system has been socialized previously on 28 November 2022 in the soft launching event of the Balis 2.5 Appointment Module which was also attended by all Nuclear Training Institutions and Nuclear Test Institutions.
The Coordinator of the Data and Information Function Group-BPIK, Esturini Fitriyanti said that the Balis Licensing 2.5 module appointment system in its implementation may still have shortcomings, therefore BAPETEN is open to any suggestions and input from stakeholders to continue to make improvements continuously for the perfection of this system.
The event continued with a demonstration of the Balis 2.5 appointment module system by Deddy Rusdiana as the process implementer and continued with discussions and consultations on problems faced during the appointment process and what steps must be taken regarding the use of the OSS RBA application and the Balis 2.5 appointment module application.
To close this activity, it was conveyed that the assistance had run smoothly, consultation and coaching would not stop here, BAPETEN opened the door for users who wanted to conduct further consultations either offline or online and also opened itself to make improvements based on input from users of this system.
