The competency assessment of primary high leadership officials was carried out in the framework of job evaluation through the stages of interviews by the Selection Committee (Pansel) with primary high leadership officials at BAPETEN. The high officials who participated in the competency assessment were Achmad Bussamah—Head of Bureau of Planning, Information, and Finance; Asep Saifulloh—Director of Inspection of Radiation Facilities and Radioactive Materials; Dedik Eko Sumargo—Head of Bureau of Organization and General Services; Indra Gunawan—Head of the Legal Affairs, Cooperation, and Public Communication; Ishak—Director of Licensing of Radiation Facilities and Radioactive Materials; Judi Pramono—Head of the Centre for the Assessment of Nuclear Installation and Materials, Lukman Hakim—Director of Inspection of Nuclear Installations and Materials, Taruniyati Handayani—Head of the Centre for the Assessment of Radiation Facilities and Radioactive Materials, Zulkarnain—Director of Technical Support and Nuclear Emergency Preparedness.

The competency selection committee for this evaluation was Deputy Chairman for Licensing and Inspection Zainal Arifin, Deputy Chairman for Nuclear Safety Assessment Haendra Subekti, Member of the Stakeholders in the Technology Sector of the National Energy Council As Natio Lasman, Trainer Specialist (Widyaiswara Ahli Utama) of the State Administration Institute (LAN) Hendriyanto Hadi Tjahyono, and Deputy Chairman for State Civil Apparatus (ASN) Management Development of the National Civil Service Agency (BKN), Herman.
