During the first visit to the Bandung City Government office, the BAPETEN JDIH Team, represented by the Lead of the BAPETEN JDIH Team Surachmat, was welcomed by the Head of the Bandung City Government JDIH Evaluation Team Andar Sukandar.

In his remarks, Andar stated that the Bandung City JDIH had been established since 2018 and was one of those that had been at level 3 nationally in the National Legal Documentation and Information Network (JDIHN) assessment. However, due to various existing problems, as well as the increasing population and the number of sub-districts reaching a total of 151, innovation and improvements need to be made up to the village level, especially for JDIH management.

Meanwhile, Surachmat also said that by conducting this comparison, BAPETEN must be able to learn from other agencies even though they have different characteristics. Then, he also emphasized the importance of information technology in managing JDIH at BAPETEN.

During a visit to the Bandung City DPRD, the BAPETEN JDIH Team, led by the First Expert Legislative Drafter (Perancang Perundang-undangan Ahli Pertama) Mitra Pratama, was received by the Legal and Trial Section of the Bandung City DPRD, led by Robiatul Adawiyah as the Human Resources Development Analyst, along with Handoko, the Expert Staff for Public Relations and Protocol of the Bandung City DPRD.

In his speech, Handoko explained the JDIH innovations in the Bandung DPRD, such as the mascot or icon of the Bandung City DPRD. JDIH, JDIH stalls (warung JDIH), JDIH Ambassadors, and talk show innovations that discussed the Bandung City DPRD JDIH.

On the other hand, the visit to ITB was led by BAPETEN's First Expert Legislative Drafter Enrico Nathanael and received by ITB's Head of General Administration and Information Bureau Usep Mulyana.

Usep, in his remarks, said that this meeting was a forum for mutual learning from each other regarding JDIH management. "If there is anything we can share regarding JDIH development, we will convey it here. However, if in some ways we consider BAPETEN better, we will be the ones to learn," he added.

The remarks were continued by Enrico Nathanael, who said that ITB's JDIH was selected as the 1st place winner in the 2023 Legal Development Content Creator (LDCC) Awards Competition organized by the Indonesian Ministry of Law and Human Rights. "For this reason, BAPETEN is holding a benchmarking regarding ITB's JDIH management to study the JDIH management carried out by the ITB JDIH Team," he said.
