Basic Nuclear Supervision Orientation Training for Government Employees with Work Agreements in BAPETEN
Kembali 24 Juni 2024 | Berita BAPETENThe Nuclear Energy Regulatory Agency (BAPETEN), through the Education and Training Division, conducted a Basic Nuclear Supervision Orientation Training for Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) in BAPETEN, which was carried out through blended learning, namely offline on June 24-28, 2024, at the BAPETEN Office and online on July 1-5, 2024.
"While the specific objectives are to understand BAPETEN's supervision policies, vision, mission, and strategic plan, including BAPETEN's Selected Chapters, understand the organization, role, and function of each work unit in BAPETEN, and understand the management system and employee discipline regulations in BAPETEN."
Sugeng Sumbarjo, Acting Chairman of BAPETEN, continued with an introductory speech, saying, "The basic training activity of nuclear supervision orientation is to provide an understanding of BAPETEN's duties and functions related to the preparation of regulations, issuing permits, and implementing inspections on aspects of safety, security, and safeguards."
In accordance with the timetable established by the committee, the training was resumed with the delivery of material presentations. The Basic Training of Nuclear Supervision Orientation held by the BAPETEN Education and Training Center is expected to be a forum for dialogue between management and employees, provide an understanding of BAPETEN's duties and functions, and instill a moral spirit and behavior.
