The Bapeten delegation was present and consisted of the Deputy for Licensing and Inspection, Director of Inspection of Nuclear Installations and Materials (DI2BN), Director of Inspection of Radiation Facilities and Radioactive Substances (DIFRZR), Head of the Center for System and Technology Assessment of Supervision of Nuclear Installations and Materials (P2STPIBN), and Director of Regulatory Supervision of Radiation Facilities and Radioactive Substances (DP2FRZR) and related staff. The FGD also invited representatives from other Ministries and Institutions such as the National Research and Innovation Agency, Ministry of Industry, and Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources. In his remarks, the Deputy for Licensing and Inspection of Bapeten said "Bapeten's commitment in overseeing the trade of sensitive and dual function goods, especially those related to nuclear."

The purpose of this FGD is to discuss the implementation of Strategic Trade Management (STM) in Indonesia in the context of monitoring trade in dual-use items and is expected to become a forum for coordination between relevant ministries in supporting STM. The FGD comprehensively discussed the HS Code correlation between countries, the role of the National Single Window in STM, and the need for coordination between institutions in implementing STM.
