The visit was led by the Head of the Subdirectorate of Certification and Validation of BAPETEN Widia Lastana Istanto was received by the Head of Investment and Industrial Supervision Services, Surabaya One-Stop Integrated Investment and Service Office (DPM & PTSP), Hefli Syarifuddin Madjid, Head of Licensing Services Section and Non-Licensing, Herdayana Wistianingrum along with staff.

On this occasion, BAPETEN delivered a presentation on licensing services and infrastructure development plans to support the implementation of e-gov in the service of licensing installations and nuclear materials. Meanwhile the Surabaya City Government introduced integrated services that are integrated online with several SKPD in the Surabaya City Government called Surabaya Single Window (SSW) which currently includes 154 types of licensing services online.

The activity continued with field visits to public areas such as service locations, corridor areas which were opened 24 hours to facilitate the citizens of Surabaya who needed computer or internet facilities and room facilities specifically for surveillance locations for hundreds of CCTVs placed in public areas and highways to support service improvements emergency response at several vulnerable points.
