Based on the Decree of the Chairman of BAPETEN Number: 0411/K/II/2021, on 26 February 2021, a Certain Functional Official Inauguration ceremony was held at the BAPETEN Office, Tuesday 2 March 2021. The event was led by Executive Secretary Sugeng Sumbarjo, witnessed by Deputy Chairman for Licensing and Inspection Zainal Arifin and Deputy Chairman for Nuclear Safety Assessment Dahlia Cakrawati Sinaga, the event was also attended by Echelon II in the BAPETEN environment.
Sugeng said "Certain Functional Positions (JFT) are a follow-up to bureaucratic reforms in simplification of the organizational structure of Government Institutions. Since 2019 BAPETEN has been restructuring the Echelon 3 and Echelon 4 position organizations to be transferred to JFT. With the JFT, the competence of employees increases in accordance with the main duties and functions of the Work Unit".
"It is expected that Functional officials can support the tasks and functions of the Work Unit in accordance with the mission and vision of BAPETEN. During the Covid-19 Pandemic and Industry 4.0, all work optimally and independently using ICT.The WFH and WFO schemes have been part of the Government Agency's work process," he added.
